kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and a wide range of utensils for easy cooking. In the pantry, you will find everything needed for the included breakfast, with fresh bread, coffee, and local honey. Additionally, upon your arrival, you will have local extra virgin olive oil available to prepare a quick meal. In the refrigerator, you will find fresh water and a bottle of local wine.
By reservation, we can welcome you with a buffet of typical local products.

In our coffee corner, upon request, we prepare espresso or cappuccino, perfect to start your day. For relaxing evenings, you can choose between a reading nook or the TV with satellite channels.
The bathroom has a window, a spacious shower, soap dispenser, and toilet paper. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for your use.

French bed room “Madre Vite”: equipped with luggage and clothes rack, with a view of the panoramic terrace shaded by centuries-old oaks.
